They didn't see each other until the end of November and by that time she was 100% aware she was expecting a baby.

I like the director Nigel a lot. If you watch the Behind the scenes stuff of the videos that he has done, you can see that he had a lot of respect for Britney and always tried to make her feel comfortable. He saw how much drive and passion she had but never took advantage of it. I think over the years, once Britney started working with different directors and producers she was pushed more and more to overwork herself and do things she wasn't comfortable with.
